Meghan Markle is celebrating turning 43 today (Sunday 4 August) and has given an insight into what she likes to eat as her birthday breakfast.
The Duchess Of Sussex shared in a throwback video that she treats herself to French fries with a candle on top for her birthday breakfast. This ritual came to light in a video reshared on X (formerly Twitter) from one of the star’s past birthdays.
In the footage, Meghan is seen engaging in conversation with a chef and letting slip her birthday preference, much to the delight of the culinary expert. “For my birthday, since I don’t have a sweet tooth, I always have French fries for breakfast with a little candle.”
Accompanying the video was an endearing birthday tribute that said: “Happy birthday to this girl boss, mother, wife, daughter, humanitarian, activist, role model, queen of constancy and kindness Princess Meghan Markle.”
Fans and followers didn’t hesitate to join in with celebratory messages. One commented: “Best wishes Meghan” with a heart emoji to boot.
Another added their own greeting: “Happy Birthday to Meghan Markle The Duchess of Sussex. Wishing her all the best and all the happiness. May her grace, kindness, resilient, optimism and strength keep inspire us all.”
